General Note
Birth registered Mile End, 1c, p. 537, Dec quarter 1882. Death registered June quarter 1883 Mile End 1c 379.

Herbert died four days before his brother, Percy. Both died of: Morbilli, Bronchitis, Congestio Pulmonalis. Their father Edwin Daniel was present at their deaths and acted as informant.
