George Harold Guy went to Australia, year unknown. He married Maud Elizabeth Williamson, a music teacher, on 26th February 1907 at the Holy Trinity Church, Kew,

district of Bourke, Victoria. He was 22 and she was 20. On his certified marriage schedule from the BMD, Victoria, it states his place of birth as West Bromwich, Staff, England. At the time of his marriage he was recorded as being a farmer. His father George Henry William Guy recorded as a gentleman. When his second daughter was born he was by then a painter.

The couple had two daughters: Helen Maud, born 1907 at Ringwood, Victoria and Annie Marjorie, born 1910 at Box Hill, Victoria. In 1917, during the Great War, he returned to the UK with his young family as his father George H.W. had died at Conwy, aged 59.

George himself died aged in 1942 at Conwy aged 57. His wife Maud died in 1974 at Dyffryn, Conwy aged 88.
