It looks as Amelia Diana did not die in New South Wales. There is no record of her death in
Victoria under the name Dingle. There is, however, a record on the Rookwood Cemetery list of a Georg eNelson Dingle, died 31 October 1926, age 70, husband of E H Dingle . Thisis not Amelia, but given that he would have been born c. 1856 , if hequite liked rich old ladies, he might have married her in 1880 . If any Dingle descendants would like to get in touch this would be welcome. |
